This Privacy Policy explains how XHailing (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Xperts, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the XHailing mobile application and related services at https://xhailing.xperts.my.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Profile & verification: driving licence details you submit for rental verification.
- Location: approximate or precise location when you allow it, to support pick-up, drop-off, and trip features (including KLIA airport trips).
- Booking & trip data: ride requests, schedules, trip status, and related history.
- Payment & wallet data: top-ups, transactions, and payment status. Card details are processed by payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Device & usage: app version, device type, and basic diagnostics to keep the service secure and reliable.
- Support: messages, complaints, and feedback you send us.
2. How we use your information
- Create and manage your XHailing account
- Provide booking, tracking, wallet, and customer support features
- Verify identity or driving licence where required for rentals
- Process payments and prevent fraud or abuse
- Send service notices (bookings, payments, security alerts)
- Improve app performance and reliability
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
3. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate XHailing (hosting, email, payments, maps/location)
- Related Xperts platforms when needed for fleet, charging, or leasing operations (for example XLease / XCharge)
- Authorities when required by law
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account subject to applicable law and operational needs (for example trip or payment records).

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong password and keep your login details confidential.

XHailing is intended for adults who can enter into a binding agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
